Calling for an Estimate?

Looking for an estimate?  No problem.  Give us a call if your in our service area.  We offer free phone estimates regarding cleaning.  However, if you require a written quote, a minimal quotation fee of $32.50 (travel & fuel surcharges, if any, plus tax is extra) will be charged, but credited if we begin work.  In some cases however, especially for commercial accounts and large work orders, we may wave the onsite quotation fee.  We do not however, give estimates over the phone or written quotations regarding flood emergencies.  It's simply to complex and premature to do so initially during the emergency phase.  And that's why you should have insurance.  We will however, write a scope of repairs after the emergency phase.

Consultations Regarding Water Damage?

This is a specific and special field that which we bill for.  The current fee is $125/hr. (1 hour min.) plus tax.  So, be sure to have your questions organized to minimize billing.

Making an Appointment?

Please keep in mind that when you make an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel.  Otherwise our minimum service call fee of $32.50 plus travel & fuel surcharges, if any, and tax will be charged.  Or $64.95 plus travel & fuel surcharges, if any, and tax if we arrived onsite ready to work.

Invoice or Photo Copies Request?

If you have lost your invoice or receipt of payment, and/or require an additional copy of the original invoice or other data, you will need to forward a minimal file retrieval fee to our mailing address.  Some information sought is often archived and/or requires office time and resources.  Currently the retrieval fee is $32.50 and up (plus tax) depending on the extent of the information requested.  Note:  This fee is non-refundable.  If you are not the original recipient of the original data requested, we will not forward any copies of information to you due to privacy laws.

Other Onsite Inspection Requests or Reports

If you request that we inspect third party workmanship, perform an onsite moisture probe and assessment for post water damage, collect mold samples, view and lend our professional opinion regarding the condition of a textile, write a report for litigation purposes, or other onsite inspections including audits of any kind, be advised that we do charge a fee for this too.  The fee will depend on the time and resources spent.
