Carpet Care

(Steam or Low Moisture Cleaning)

We use both steam and dry cleaning methods depending on your needs.  Our truck-mounted hot water extraction systems and industrial HWE portables (also known as steam cleaning) are used to achieve that "deep clean."  This is the preferred method and is recommended by carpet manufacturers.   We can provide carpet dryers for faster drying times.  Depending on carpet type, and method used, drying time can be achieved in as little as 1-3 hours.   Or we can deploy a low moisture bonnet cleaning process for even faster drying times.  Essential and premium packages available.  Call for details.

No Harsh Chemicals

Your environment is our environment.  We use only approved pre-conditioners which are applied to loosen and suspend soils.  Then the pre-conditioner and suspended soils are removed with a gentle rinse solution leaving no residues.  "Let Carpetech Restoration Services improve indoor air quality (IAQ) and the longevity of your investments."
